Amicus Productions is an award-winning community theatre company temporarily performing out of the Papermill Theatre at Todmorden Mills. All positions with the company are on a non-union, non-paying, voluntary basis. New faces are always welcome to submit.

All submissions should include a theatrical résumé and a treatment for the vision of the play for which the director is applying, which may or may not include style, set, lighting, choreography, music or costume choices that differ from the script. The deadline for submissions is April 22, 2012.

Reading copies of the scripts will be available at the Metro Reference Library Arts Desk and at Theatre Ontario, as well as through Amicus. Submissions and questions should be emailed to amicus.ca@gmail.com.

NOTE:   Amicus’ usual performance space, the Fairview Library Theatre (Don Mills & Sheppard, in north Toronto) will be closed next season for renovations.  Amicus will be producing their 2012/13 season at the beautiful Papermill Theatre, near Broadview & PotteryRoad.
