We have much to celebrate in this season of 2012/13: kicking off with the world premiere of February (a BIG DEAL!); marking 40 years in this building (Alumnae is one of the very few non-professional theatre companies in Toronto to have a full-time “home”); the 95th birthday of the company in February 2013; the 25th anniversary of the New Ideas Festival in March; and we close the season next April with another “first” – a new production of James Reaney’s first play The Killdeer, which had its premiere at Alumnae in 1960.
