Rowing, Onwards sent this 48-second video clip of a recent rehearsal. It’s directed by Anne MacMillan; the actors are Aleksandra Maslennikova and Matthew Gouveia.
The 12-minute play is written by Eugenie Carabatsos, whose name may be familiar to New Ideas audiences – her previous scripts in the Festival were In Their Glory (Reading, 2012) and Stalled (2013). Rowing, Onwards is part of the Week Three lineup of this year’s New Ideas Festival.
